Shopping with us is safe - guaranteed. Yogastickmen.com use Paypal as their merchant account.

Paypal verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. All information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). For more information on security, visit paypal.co.uk.

Don't forget that the web isn't a dangerous place to shop if you use common sense. The risk of using your card on a reputable site is no greater than using your card in a shop or restaurant.

Credit card companies protect you the buyer: If unauthorised transactions are charged to your account you can request a refund from your credit card issuer.
Buying on-line is as safe as buying by mail order. If you feel confident to buy by phone, fax or mail, you should be confident to buy from Yogastickmen.com. Your rights are the same. In the UK, you are covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Trade Descriptions Act 1976. If you receive faulty goods you have the right to a full refund.

We promise that we will never give or sell your details to anybody or any company, anywhere, anytime. We will only use customer data for legitimate business purposes.

We capture information about you by direct means only (e.g. when you order or submit enquiries). When you order or submit enquiries to Yogastickmen.com you are agreeing to the use of your personal information for the following purposes:

to fulfil our agreement with you, including administering any accounts, processing and obtaining payment
to inform you (by mail, telephone, e-mail, or otherwise) about our products and services which we consider may be of interest to you
for fraud prevention and detection
for the administration of any competitions you may enter

You have a right to see any personal information which is held about you upon written request. (We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification). We are not responsible for the data policies or procedures or the content of web sites linked to Yogastickmen.com.

DELIVERY POLICY

All downloadable images are delivered to the email address given by the subscriber upon completion of the order and payment process. All other products, and CD’s are delivered by Royal Mail in accordance with the postal options selected during the order process.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with or have problems with any of our products please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to replace or rectify as soon as possible. For images that are emailed directly to the customer we regret that we cannot provide refunds as the product is delivered up front.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Yogastickmen.com and all content located on the site shall remain vested in Yogastickmen.com. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use yogastickmen.com content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Yogastickmen.com content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use Yogastickmen.com content requires the prior written permission of Yogastickmen.com.

The images and logos identifying Yogastickmen.com and their products and services are subject to copyright. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of Yogastickmen.com by any other third party except under the terms of the Licence agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, our Terms & Conditions and Standard License must be agreed to before your order can be processed. These terms and conditions for the sale of goods and license conditions for use, govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Yogastickmen.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch and debit cards and uses a secure payment system. Orders can also be sent by email, telephone or fax.

Orders placed via our website are invoiced in pounds sterling (i.e. £ or GBP). The actual amount you will be charged will vary depending on your bank or card’s current exchange rate.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can rectify as soon as possible. Damages and shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. Please retain all documents and packaging. We will at our own discretion replace the goods or refund monies paid by you if appropriate.

NON DELIVERY

Please inform us immediately if the images have not been delivered to your email address, or any products have not been received by post.

We are advised to advise you to print a copy of these Terms & Conditions and the Standard License Agreement for your reference.
