A. The Contact Us link can be found on the bottom of any page within Yogastickmen.com. Please use our online contact form to send us an inquiry, or email info@yogastickmen.com
Q. What are the Standard License terms for using the Yogastickmen images?
A. The Yogastickmen images may only be used in the following way: 1. In multimedia and documentation for the express purpose of education and teaching to audiences and in reproduced quantities not to exceed one hundred (100). 2. Images may not be used on websites, or in connection with any service designed to sell or induce sales of "print on demand" products, including, by way of example only, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters, giclee prints, artwork and other items. The full license details can be found at Standard Licensing Agreement, and must be agreed to before images can be purchased or used.
Q. Can the Yogastickmen images be used commercially?
A. No not under the Standard Licence Terms. Enhanced Licences are available on an individual basis upon application and agreement directly with Yogastickmen.com. A separate fee and contract dependent on the proposed use of the images will need to be agreed. If you are interested in an Enhanced Licence, please send full details of your request detailing your proposed use to enhanced@yogastickmen.com.
Q. What browsers are compatible with this website?
A. Yogastickmen.com has been tested with Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape, and Firefox, on both Macintosh and Windows platforms.
Q. What are the limits on downloads?
A. There are no limits. You may purchase as few or as many images a you choose. Once the images have been purchased they may be used indefinitely as long as they are used in accordance with the Standard License agreement. The only limit to the amount of images you can receive in one purchase is the amount of space you have available your email account. You must have at least 2MB free.
Q. Which currency do you charge in?
A. We charge in UK Pounds Sterling (£). The actual conversion to your local currency is done by your credit card company at the moment of the purchase, based on their exchange rate. Any charge beyond this conversion rate is a surcharge added by your credit card company for the conversion.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If you have problems with any of our products please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to replace or rectify as soon as possible. For images that are emailed directly to the customer we regret that we cannot provide refunds as the product is delivered up front.
Q. How do I remove my email address from your mailing lists?
A. You can opt out of our mailing lists by selecting the appropriate option at the bottom of any email we send to you, or type ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject section of an email and send to us at info@yogastickmen.com
Q. How do I print an invoice of my purchase?
A. A receipt for your purchases will be sent to your email address.
Q. I have not received my jpegs
A. Please check the space available in your email account. As the stickmen are emailed to you, you must ensure that you have at least 2MB of space free or the email will not get through.
Q. How do you protect my credit card information?
A. All of your information is stored in a protected database on a secure server in a secure location. Our customers' privacy and security is a priority. We never share or sell personal or private information about our customers.
Q. Does the image I download have a watermark on it?
A. Images sent to you after purchase are not watermarked.
