CD's
Introducing our latest innovation – the Yogastickmen CD-ROM.
Each CD-ROM is an auto executable, self extracting software package. Simply place the CD in your CD-ROM drive and follow the on screen instructions. The jpegs are copied straight to a directory of your choice and can be used immediately to create documents, lesson plans and hand outs. There is no need for downloading or unzipping files – everything you require is provided and executed for you. It could not be easier!
Each CD-ROM contains 40 of the most commonly used asanas and variations.
The Starter Pack contains jpegs of asanas and modification that would most often be used for Beginners and Beginners Plus classes and is an excellent entry level product for anyone new to Yoga stickmen. Pack 2 contains slightly more advanced asanas and modifications and is an excellent compliment to the Starter Pack.

N.B. The current CD packages are currently only compatible with Windows. The MAC version is still in development.
